2 MAN HANDICAPING: Each player will receive half of their handicap rounded up.
Example. Joe is a 7 handicap.
Joe will receive 4 shots.
1 shot on the # 1 handcap hole.
1 Shot on the #2 Handicap Hole
1 Shot on the #3 Handicap Hole
1 Shot on the #4 Handicap Hole
